This magical Goddess that is dwelling within each of us can support us as we enter the darkness of our emotions, false self, and deep dark depths of self discovery. Hecate represents all faces of women, and because the darkness is often the most revered she carries a light, a torch to guide the way so you never get consumed by the darkness, you stay on your path to enlightenment and self discovery and truth. She is your source for inspiration, magic, and inner wisdom.

This multifaceted Goddess represents all faces of women, in mythology she is depicted with three heads or three hands. This is symbolic for the ability women have within to see the past, present and future, seeing in different directions at once. The ability to see what others cannot provided Goddess Hecate incredible power, which all women can activate within themselves, called women’s intuition. This ability gives us the wisdom to understand our transformation, to understand and experience the process of the death of the false self and the birth of your highest and best true self. We must become comfortable with our dark side, and allow the light within to guide us to truth. Goddess Hecate can lead us to new perspectives, to see things and ourselves differently. To help us find greater understanding of self, life and others.

Hecate promotes inspiration and wisdom. Goddess Hecate is a part of our collective conscious, she is in our DNA and our subconscious belief systems. This month, September, we are supporting our inner Goddess Selene, the Goddess of the moon. Goddess Selene bestows all who gaze upon her with awe and wonder. The moon Goddess is seductive and alluring in the ways she inspires creation to behave. She reflects the light of the sun on her true love, Earth, while playfully and faithfully dancing around her with the luster of eternal youth. Together the earth and the moon are responsible for conceiving all life in the universe; a co-creative force. 

Supporting your inner Goddess Selene requires four powerful and feminine action steps you can take in order to create a love affair with your life and business. 

Each woman has a Goddess Selene dwelling within her. Women are intuitive light beings and embody the power of the earth and the moon, brining forth your inner Goddess Selene, and join in the co-creating a beautiful, peaceful and prosperous life. 

As we support our inner Goddess Selene we must look at the details of our second chakra known as the sacral or sexual chakra. It is located in the very centre of our reproductive core and is associated with all aspects of fertility, creativity, conception, sensuality, suduction

and devotion. Feel and appreciate the profound love from Earth and notice how she supports the desires of nature. September gifts us vibrant oranges to consume and admire. These colors heal and comfort the sacral chakra. Which is why most women adore the fall and its beauty, flavors and aromas. This is when all females in nature conceive more easily everything from new life to new ideas. We have the easiest time flowing joyfully through the autumn. It is enthralling that Selene and the moon are here to support us this month as she is the most powerful goddess to support us in our love affair with all of creation.

2. Be Creative

To be abundant and freely flowing with creativity it is vital to passionately nurture and care for yourself. Getting plenty of rest, eating nutritious colorful fruits and vegetables, living in a clean organized environment with the scent of quality essential oils, flowing with nature, experiencing and flowing with the moon and the seasons by embracing Mother Earths colors and flavors and taking them into yourself, luxuriously, passionately feeling the abundance of her gifts.

3. Be Magnetic

The gravitational pull of the moon works in your favor if you chose to live and engage in the sensuality of the life you desire most. Pay close attention to the words you use, knowing you are in the co-creative process of your life at all times. Staying present, in the moment, and feeling your feelings, choosing the ones that support your deepest desires. The universe only says YES, and therefore ask only for the very best with your thoughts, words, and actions. The universe abundantly and enthusiastically provides abundance for your desires.

4. Be Devoted

Loyalty and commitment to yourself, your dreams, your self development, health and business, is a strong and firm message to the universe and vital to the co-creative process. Write yourself love notes, affirm your truths in the highest and best way. Know with every confirmation from the universe that your life is being co-created to be everything you desire, as sure as the moon is faithful and true; Sit back, relax and let her guide you.

If you have truly wronged someone, apologize. Never say sorry though, use the word apologize. Totally different vibration, one is empowering, one is disempowering. 

4. Be the Embodiment of Grace. Grace is living with ease, being in gratitude, being polite, kindness, and love. Be this!

5. Be BRAVE! Being courageous, facing your challenges head on, this is what an empowered woman is all about.

As you bring forth your inner Goddess Athena you discover a wisdom within, you have keen intuition, your inner magnetic is activated and strong, people are drawn to you, your clients are empowered, your career and business thrive with grace and ease, and you absolutely love your life!

* Do What Feels Good:

          A Queen has KEEN INTUITION. Listen because your inner Wise Juno speaks! She knows your truth, and when you align yourself with your truth and listen to your intuition, life feels good!

* Give Care:

          Giving care vs "care taking" is the ability to provide comfort, and support while empowering the person you are giving care to. This is done with boundaries after having first fully cared for yourself.

* Create Space that FEELS GOOD:

          Get ride of everything in your home or office that doesn’t bring you joy. Declutter, clear        out, and purge! The vibration of your space and how it makes you feel is vital to living a regal life and having the energy to be all that you desire.

May, has always been my favorite month. Not only because it is my birthday month, because it is a month of beauty and energy. This is the month the flowers are blooming, the earth is turning green once again. The trees come alive and the earth speaks! I can FEEL the movement and the richness and it is lovely!

The month of may, named in honor of the mythological Goddess Maia, who is the goddess of spring, plants, and trees. She is THE Earth Goddess. The name “Maia” actually means “the maker”, and her being the Goddess of spring, she makes the grass green, the flowers fragrant, and everything grow again. May is astrologically the month of Taurus, an earth sign. The earth and the Goddess Maia both symbolizes youth, life, rebirth, love, and sexuality. In fact the star named after Maia is in the constellation Taurus, so she herself is a Taurus. Taurus women are earthy, nurturing, and sensual women. All of this is fitting for the month of may, and representative of the Goddess Maia.

Maia promotes growth… this also applies to the inner growth within you, your own personal development. Goddess Maia is a part of our collective conscious, she is in our DNA and our subconscious belief systems. We can tap into her energy and utilize her power to be the Goddess in our own life. Maia is a Goddess of Action, and action is a feminine trait. To be in our Feminine energy is to be in action, to take action, to be in “inspired action”. You know how when a  woman wants something done she just goes right ahead and does it, she takes ACTION. This is a FEMININE trait. Action is being in feminine energy. 

What can we learn from Maia the Earth Goddess, the powerful Feminine creator of all that earth has to offer? It all starts with knowing that this all resides in you already. You can tap into this powerful energy just by being aware that YOU are the magic, the power, the wealth and abundance, the energy of all that is Maia. 

In order to live full present, fully in our power and abundance and creative energy that Maia represents one must do these four things:

• Relinquish control. This means everything! We can take action with the knowing and trusting that the universe is conspiring on our behalf. She wants you to have all that you desire! Lean back, breath deep, let go. Release and allow.

• TRUST!  Trust that your desires and intentions are being co-created with the higher powers. The universe only says YES! So be clear and direct in what you desire.

• Take action! Movement is sexy! Action is a feminine energy, intention creates action, action is intentional movement. Action creates energy and then the vortex is created for all your desires. Women are VERY intentional beings, just be clear on your intentions and set them in a high vibration. 

• Be SOFT! Softness is the epitome of femininity. It is the opposite of control, it is the creation of creativity, it is the sensuality of divinity.

Goddess Maia is all about movement, magic, and abundance! You have Goddess Maia within you! Tap into your inner Maia and allow the magic, Sista!

Once in a blue moon

Hello Diamonds, 

How is your summer going? Are you enjoying the sunshine, warmth, and adventure that summer offers? Today, I sit here in the lounge chair, enjoying the third phase of The Gypsy Tour, at our camping site in McCloud California, watching this bumble bee flit about the unlit campfire, listening to the woodpecker yelling at me, and my little dog Welington looking at me longingly to give him another treat. I can hear the sound of the creek down below, and faint giggles in the wind of the children enjoying the water falls. It is warm today, and the breeze bringing the awareness that life is full of joy, and comfort, and luxury. The smell of fresh pine air, and the site of my pedicure already ruined from the rocks in the creek, reminds me that luxury is so much more I ever imagined. 

In my business I teach women how to live luxuriously through business success and we achieve that through deep transformation, personal growth and development. The most awesome and intense part of transformation is the ability to understand connectivity. As a survivor of childhood trauma and domestic abuse I spent most of my life in a heightened state of survival, enhanced by toxic shame, and the inability to believe in myself. This is something I notice as a commonality amongst other survivors of trauma. When we are in a state of survival, most of us extreme sensitives, we are unable to connect, truly deeply, and spiritually connect to the small joys in life. This keeps us from loving ourselves, from experiencing the luxuries of living, and it creates a disconnect with money and finances. As we begin the transformation in my program we begin to clear the trauma, and the most magical things happen, these women are like flowers, they begin to rise toward the sun, open up, bloom, and they begin to experience connectivity. As they connect to the essence of their true selves, they are then able to embrace their imperfections, believe in themselves, their gifts, and to the pleasures and luxuries of life. This is the essence of magic, love, and experiencing life the way it is meant to be experienced. And that my darlings, is luxurious!

Yesterday we happened upon the headwaters of the upper Sacramento River, at the base of spring hill in Mt. Shasta. This base chakra of the world is more magical than I anticipated, the energy and vortex of this mystical and magical location brings healing, and balance to the people drawn to it. I was in awe as I watched the most beautiful woman in her bare feet and sundress sit on a rock deep in meditation, one man with dreadlocks, tattoos and a rough exterior helped a little old lady across the stream so she could have a better experience with the water. I watched two strangers connect, acknowledge each other for the power of their being and embrace in gratitude. I watched in awe as my nephew, brave, ambitious, and adventurous, climb the rocks, wade through the ice cold water in his bare feet, and pour water on me to bring laughter and play and fun to our day. I witness the joy in the people, I can feel the pain of some, and I can admire the wondering spirit of the guy traveling from San Diego to Washington for his sisters wedding. I’m in admiration of the diverse, deep, differences in each person, and the joy and adventure in the children. I recognize my ability to be connected, to feel the joy and experience before me, and I am deeply grateful for healing.

This weekend happens to be the blue moon. The saying about once in a blue moon, well we won't have another blue moon until 2018. This one happens to be extra magical and powerful, and setting the tone for transformation, and doing it, now or never is the saying for this blue moon. Jump in, take the leap, allow, and feel the gifts the universe has in store for you, all the new possibilities, the big picture is yours if you take that leap. How exciting is this intensity, these promises from the universe? Your transition is now or never! So ask yourself, where in your life are you neglecting your inner truth. As you ask yourself where you may be neglecting things in your life, what you may be avoiding because of fear, or pain, or lack of skill or knowledge, know that this is the area where the most amazing aspect of ones life can be blocked because it is so terrifying. The great thing is that it's ok, where ones fear lies, is where their greatness lies. If it doesn't scare you, even a little, then it isn't going to be huge, or one of those "once in a lifetime" types of things. This is your time to break through, this is your opportunity to change your life for the best! Now that the blue moon has passed, pay close attention to what shows up. How are you feeling, what miracles have arrived for you? Isn't life incredible!?!

Now in bounds my excited nephew, “Aunt Ditti, Aunt Ditti, look! We got fish! We caught fish!”.  Here is a picture of them approaching, so excited for his catch and his adventure. I leave you with gratitude, and love and will be catching you up on the symbolic reflections of this full blue-moon weekend, the bumble bee sting from the headwater spring, and the loud woodpecker with a message for us all. Pure Magic!

Hello Gorgeous Friends! As the second phase of the Gypsy Tour comes to an end I am reminded of the miracles and magic of the universe. Fairies, pixie dust, and unicorns have nothing on the magic of the summer and the amazing women who are doing big things in this world. Retreat California was pure magic! We experienced deep connection, breakthroughs, a lot of laughter, some tears, and a really good time. Belly dancing was an experience that I never knew would bring me so much joy! Fiona Rose is the leader of the Love Your Body Movement and you can join her online or join her on Facebook in the Love Your Body Fitness Lounge. She offers so much amazing support, and encouragement! 

So far this summer, beginning with the 7 day cleanse with Fiona, I have lost 15lbs. I am feeling like a true Sassy CEO! Not only is this summer all about swimming in Lake Shasta, the Root Chakra of the world, I’m also belly dancing now too. (I even have jingles!)

Mt. Shasta, California is the Root (1st) Chakra of the world. This is the raw biological life force energy. Balancing the root chakra creates a solid foundation for a life of stability filled with Joy. It is no wonder it feels SOOOO good to be here! The root chakra, also the first chakra is located at the base of a spine on a person. It is the root of your being and establishes the deepest connections with your physical body, your environment and the Earth. This is the most instinctual of all chakras, it is your survival center. When we have a solid foundation, and joy, we can be open and secure in all other areas of our life. If you haven't ever experienced Mt. Shasta or Shasta Lake, then jump on board the Gypsy Tour and experience this root chakra location!

With symbolism being a big part of my everyday life I am always aware and in awe at the symbolic gifts the universe offers. On the way to the retreat I punched in the address and it showed I had 555 miles. The number five was showing up EVERYWHERE, and then I get a triple 5 message! I knew this was a message from the Angels. The Angel message of 555 is a powerful number, it carries the strong vibrations of making decisions and choices, life changes and new opportunities, adventure, and curiosity. This angel number tells of significant and necessary changes happening in your life that have been divinely inspired and guided. (I believe the retreat was divinely inspired and definitely guided by the divine) These changes that the number 5 have in store will bring about long awaited circumstances and results and will fully align you with your true Divine life purpose and soul mission. I know that with the heart and intention I put into this retreat this message was confirmation that I am fulfilling my purpose and my soul mission. With that being said, be on the look out for the next one because the healing, connection, and breakthrough that was experienced at this retreat  was magical and is awaiting you at the next one! 

The second symbolistic experience that showed up for all of us was the Rabbit. Literally we had our own Rabbit guide at the retreat. Showing up as a friendly face, with lovely intuitive energy telling us our instincts are innate and to nurture them and continue our development.  This real live rabbit was even guiding people to their perfect parking spot! The Rabbit embodies intuition, transformation, adaptability and knowledge. Rabbit also symbolizes inspiration! (SO perfect for the retreat and all we are experiencing!) The Rabbit energy indicates a leap of faith, or coincidence. Serendipity working in your favor, with confirmation that your intuition and feelings are accurate. All of this Rabbit energy is indicative symbolism of the retreat and everybody there! Thank you Rabbit for your love, message, and energy!

As these symbols showed up for all of us at the retreat they are also showing up for you now as you read this. Where in your life does this symbolism feel good? What does it say for you? Isn't it such a blessing to have these messages and confirmations in life? It is truly magical.

The Gypsy Tour continues to allow the journey of adventure and opportunity of exploring and being open to all that awaits. The next stop is Bakersfield, California for Basic DNA ThetaHealing workshop with some of the industries best Doulas, homeopathy experts and busy Mommies making a difference in the health and lives of their families. The group conscious of this workshop is already incredible and high vibrational. If you are interested in joining us drop me a line! This workshop is July 24th-26th. The location is open and available for you to stay instead of getting a hotel to save you driving time, energy, and unnecessary expense! I'll see you there!

I would like to end with sharing this message that was sent to me in a text message after the retreat, by our very own brilliant Love Your Body Movement Leader, Fiona Rose. “You are joy, looking for a way to express. It’s not just that your purpose is joy, it is that you are joy. You are love and joy and freedom and clarity expressing. Energy-frolicking and eager, that’s who you are. And so, if you’re always reaching for alignment with that, you’re always on your path, and your path will take you into all kinds of places. We will not deny that you will not discover miracles and create benefits and be involved in creation, and that you will not uplift humanity-we will not say that you will not find satisfaction in so many things that you create, but we can’t get away from the acknowledgment that you are Pure Positive Energy that translates into the human emotion of joy.” -Abraham. So I wanted to share that message with you as you read this blog. To pass the message along, and to inspire you and uplift you.
